Return and Exchange Policy
At Prettiq, every product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure defect-free designs and unworn conditions. We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange policy for a smooth experience:
- RETURN or EXCHANGE
If you wish to return or exchange a full or partial order due to the product not meeting specifications or your expectations, kindly follow these steps:
- Initiate the request by sending us an email at hdsinghal1976@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Attach images highlighting specific product issues within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Dispatch the product within 2 days after receiving the confirmation message from Prettiq.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you via email or WhatsApp. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. By default, refunds are issued as gift cards with a validity of 1 year. Alternatively, customers can opt for a refund to the original payment source or bank account (Cash-On-Delivery).
- When Product is Defective or Damaged:
- Full refund for the returned products.
- Use India Post for returns and share a scanned copy of the receipt.
- Refund of shipping charges as per the India Post receipt.
Conditions of Returned Products:
- Ensure tags are intact, and the product is unused and undamaged, with the original packaging.
- When Customer Changed His/Her Mind or Did Not Like the Product:
- Customer bears full shipping charges.
- Refund processed within 5-7 days after deducting forward shipping charges.

- Products on sale are not applicable for Returns / Exchange / Refund.
For deliveries outside India, customers are responsible for customs duties and local taxes, payable to our shipping partner during shipment delivery. The amount depends on the policies of the destination country.
